Nature of Service

1.1 All readings, consultations, and deliverables are offered strictly for spiritual development, self-reflection, and personal insight. They are not a substitute for financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. Clients are strongly encouraged to seek independent professional advice alongside astrological guidance.

1.2 Astrology interprets planetary patterns and energetic cycles. It does not predict outcomes with certainty. Any guidance on relationships, career, litigation, health, finances, or timing represents astrological interpretation only — not a professional recommendation in those fields.

1.3 Clients are solely responsible for all decisions made during and after sessions, including financial decisions, communications with third parties, legal filings, health-related actions, and relationship choices. Sophia Astrology bears no liability — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — for any loss or damage arising from the use or interpretation of information provided in sessions, written deliverables, or recordings.

1.4 Readings may reference sensitive life areas. Sophia may communicate the most likely outcome based on chart analysis, but this remains a spiritual interpretation, not a guarantee.

1.5 Astrology is not a shortcut to magical solutions. Certain placements are tied to the birth chart and cannot be altered. Sophia offers guidance on navigating challenges through strengths identified in the chart.

1.6 The following topics are not discussed in sessions: timing or cause of death, gender of unborn children, political matters, gemstone recommendations, and readings for third parties without their consent or attendance.

Client Responsibilities

2.1 Clients must provide accurate birth details (date, time, and location) prior to the session. Significant preparation goes into each reading. If birth details are found to be inaccurate, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed date/time.

2.2 Clients are expected to ensure a private, undisturbed space for the session for clear delivery and receptivity.

2.3 Sessions will start and end on time, unless otherwise notified in writing.​

Payment and Refunds

3.1 Session fees, courses and digital products are non-refundable once booked— including bookings made for recordings or written reports when the client is unable to attend live.

3.2 All bookings and purchases are made via the website.​​

3.3 Rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

3.4 If internet issues interrupt a session, it may be completed at another time of the client's choice at no extra cost. A refund is not offered in this case.

3.5 Sophia Astrology reserves the right to update pricing at any time. For recurring arrangements, changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect sessions already paid for.

Recurring Arrangements

4.1 Recurring session schedules are a courtesy arrangement, not a binding contract. Either party may modify, pause, or end the arrangement at any time, without penalty or obligation to explain.​​​

4.2 Sophia may update her services, pricing, and terms and conditions at any time, and notify the client in writing prior to the next payment/booking date.

4.3 For pre-arranged recurring schedules only: an invoice will be sent via PayLink prior to each session. Payment is required to be received 24 hours before the session start for a valid booking. 

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

5.1 All sessions are recorded for quality assurance, professional conduct online, sharing a copy with clients upon request, and the protection of both parties. Please only book a session knowing this.

5.2 All session recordings and written deliverables (reading reports, analysis documents, emails containing chart interpretations) remain the property of Sophia Astrology. They are prepared exclusively for the named client and may not be shared, reproduced, distributed or uploaded to social media without written consent.

5.3 The methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary systems used by Sophia Astrology — including the Quantum Soul Guidance framework and techniques developed through Sophia's own practice — are intellectual property and may not be reproduced, taught, or commercially repurposed without written agreement.

5.4 All personal information shared by the client remains strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the client's express consent, except where required by law.

Communication

6.1 Communication between sessions is offered as a professional courtesy, not a substitute for a booked session.

6.2 Urgent matters requiring immediate attention should be directed to the appropriate licensed professional rather than to Sophia Astrology.

Mutual Respect and Right to Decline

7.1 Both parties agree to engage with mutual respect and professionalism.

​

7.2 Sophia Astrology reserves the right to decline or discontinue any reading or arrangement at any time, without obligation to explain. In such cases, prepaid and undelivered session fees will be refunded in full.​

7.3 Both parties agree not to publicly misrepresent or share session content on any platform, including social media, review sites, and online communities. Concerns should be raised directly with Sophia Astrology. Public posts containing false or misleading statements may be reported to the relevant platform and escalated to relevant authorities if required.

Acceptance

8.1 By confirming your appointment or making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

8.2 These terms supersede any prior verbal or written agreements and are designed to protect both parties in the event of service-related disputes.

8.3 Sophia Astrology may update her services, pricing and these terms from time to time. Booked appointments will not be impacted by the change.
